Allendale Office Plaza

Allendale Office Plaza is a mixed-use retail and office development within the established neighbourhood of Allendale.

Two phases of a three-phase development have been built with a focus of medical, health-care, child-care, and fitness related tenants. 

All buildings have been designed to address the existing streetscapes with strong retail frontage and a significant investment in attractive street furnishings and landscaping to provide an enhanced connection to the local community, creating an attractive campus for its’ visitors.
