109 Garneau is a transformative reclad project, revitalizing an aging
building reaching the end of its service life into a vibrant development.

 

This project involved significant upgrades to both the
interior and exterior of the existing building, while maintaining the
original bones, for a cost effective and sustainable development
renewal.

 

The unique lighting elements of this project create a boutique like
atmosphere are a welcome feature in Edmonton’s short extended
winter evenings.
