Physiologix

The Physiologix medical office building is a 3 storey 16,000 SF development located in Edmonton’s Windermere Gate area.

HSEA worked with the owner / occupier group to maximize developable area based on a balance of tenant space requirements versus their anticipated parking needs to create a flexible and low maintenance building shell. Following the design of the building shell, HSEA was retained as the interior architect to progressively design each of the building’s 3 storeys as the Physiologix business expanded.
